PAYMENT

We offer different payment methods depending on the country. In all countries we accept credit cards, but in many countries we also offer PayPal and country-specific payment methods. When placing the order, you will see which payment methods we offer in your delivery country.

Once the order is validated, you are charged if paying by Paypal. If you opt for payment by credit card, you will be charged when your package is sent,

DELIVERY

We deliver to Europe (standard or express delivery) and Internationally (express delivery only).

For the European Union, it will be €6 for standard delivery and €12 for express delivery. For all orders over €70, standard delivery will be offered and express delivery will be offered for only €6. Outside the European Union, express delivery will be charged €15 (or currency equivalent) or free for all orders over €100. For Andorra, only express delivery is available and charged €6 and free for all orders over €70.

We offer home delivery with our partner DHL.

Allow between 2 and 8 working days, depending on the destination and the delivery method chosen: standard (between 3 and 6 days) / express (between 1 to 4 days). The estimated delivery time starts when your order is shipped, not when it is placed. Delivery times are given for information only and do not take into account possible delays caused by stock availability, customs clearance times or any other exceptional circumstances.

All deliveries to the European Union are not subject to import duties and taxes. All Orders shipped to the United States, Canada, Singapore and New Zealand are subject to import duties and taxes. Deliveries to the rest of the world where customs duties are applicable, can choose to pay them at check-out or upon receipt of the order. The details will be indicated to you at check out.

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse based in the North of France, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Thanks to this email, you will be able to have all the information on the tracking and processing of your order. You can also track your order here .

Depending on your area of ​​residence and predefined preferences with the courier, your package may have been delivered to your concierge, to your mailbox or even to a neighbor who can accept the package in your absence. All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you still cannot find your package, please contact the carrier for more information. If the carrier was unable to assist you, please contact us.

If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we can to help you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery, you agree that the third party's signature is sufficient proof of delivery. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery has been generated. Once the carriers have received the package, we cannot be held responsible for any delivered items that are lost or stolen. Once an order has been placed, we cannot change the delivery address.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse located in the north of France.

ORDER

Once payment has been validated, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

We do not yet offer this option to our customers.

BACK

Returns are possible within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition, with the original labels attached and all packaging. No worn, used or damaged merchandise will be accepted. If the conditions are not met, AFIBEL reserves the right to refuse the return and refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange your product. If you would like a different size or color, please request a return on our portal and place a new order on our site.

You have 30 days after receipt of the package to return your order to us.

To return an item, first request a return authorization via this link , then simply follow the instructions. You will be prompted to enter the order number and email address associated with the order. You can then select the items to return and instantly generate your return label.

For orders shipped within the European Union, the return cost is charged at €5 for standard delivery. Outside the European Union, return costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

The average refund time is 10-15 days from the date we received the item and it is returned in satisfactory condition.

When an item is returned to us, we process the refund directly through the payment method you used to place the order. If you paid by card, the value of the item will be credited to your card. If you paid by PayPal, the value of the item will be credited to your PayPal account.

Items belonging to a batch cannot be returned individually. If you wish to be reimbursed for a lot, you must return all of the products included in it.

Our team can resend the item to you. However, shipping costs will be your responsibility.
